|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex, Highly Recommend — My experience with Modera Riverview so far has been great. My tour move in process was one of the easiest I've experienced with an apartment complex, especially as someone moving here from out of state. The building itself is beautiful and the units are built really well. The amenities are amazing and the location of this complex is so close to so many hot spots in the Germantown area. I love being along the water with a designated walking path as well. It's a very safe area so far I've met a ton of people as well. Their staff is quick to respond always available when I need them. I would highly recommend checking out this property as your next place to live in Nashville.

|Recommended: Yes- — - Parking is a big complaint. I am hoping that a second parking space option will be available for double occupancy 2 bed units. There is limited street parking and third party options are insanely expensive. I think that residents in the building should be prioritized over retail parking.
- The package room is chaotic and difficult to find packages
- despite those issues, property staff have been very helpful and friendly. Amenities and unit are great.
Thank you for your review Kamryn and we definitely understand the limited parking here at Modera Riverview as well as Germantown area. As for our package closet, it is organized daily and we are so grateful to have it! This is why we send out notifications so residents pick up their packages in a timely manner.
As a part of having retail, they are guaranteed a certain amount of spaces and the first floor of the garage has always been for retail.

|Recommended: YesWould Recommend — My roommate and I love this building We just moved in, so we're having a few issues with some of the quality with the new build, but we're hopeful that after a few work orders these issues will be resolved
